Tafsir of Surah Yunus 10:96
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾

Indeed, those upon whom the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
