Tafsir of Surah Hud 11:117
﴿وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ﴾

And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.
