Tafsir of Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:1
﴿بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ المر تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ وَالَّذِي أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ الْحَقُّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
Alif, Lām, Meem, Rā. These are the verses of the Book; and what has been revealed to you from your Lord is the truth, but most of the people do not believe.

ولم تذكر قط في أول سورة إلا وعقبها بذكر القرآن إما مقسما به وإما مخبرا عنه«التبيان في أقسام القرآن» 1/203ففي هذا تنبيه على شرف هذه الحروف وعظم قدرها وجلالتها إذ هي مباني كلامه وكتبه التي تكلم سبحانه بها وأنزلها على رسله«التبيان في أقسام القرآن» 1/203
