Tafsir of Surah An-Nahl 16:115
﴿إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ﴾
Translation of the meaning
He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allāh. But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit] - then indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.

فإن "غير" لا تكاد تقع حالا فى كلامهم إلا مضافة إلى نكرة كقوله تعالى: {فمن اضطر غير باغ} [البقرة: 173] [الأنعام: 145] [النحل: 115]«طريق الهجرتين وباب السعادتين» 1/357
