Tafsir of Surah Al-Israa 17:34
﴿وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولًا﴾
Translation of the meaning
And do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah
فإن وصي اليتيم، وناظر الوقف، ووكيل الرجل في ماله؛ عليه أن يتصرف له بالأصلح فالأصلح، كما قال الله تعالى: {ولا تقربوا مال اليتيم إلا بالتي هي أحسن} [الإسراء: 34] (سورة الإسراء: من الآية 34) . ولم يقل إلا بالتي هي حسنة.«السياسة الشرعية» 1/10
