Tafsir of Surah Al-Israa 17:85
﴿وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الرُّوحِ قُلِ الرُّوحُ مِنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّي وَمَا أُوتِيتُم مِّنَ الْعِلْمِ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا﴾
Translation of the meaning
And they ask you, [O Muḥammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair [i.e., concern] of my Lord. And you [i.e., mankind] have not been given of knowledge except a little."

فقوله تعالى {قل الروح من أمر ربي} ليس نصا في أن الروح بعض الأمر«مجموع الفتاوى» 4/228Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
بل كلهم على أن الروح المسئول عنها في الآية ليست أرواح بنى آدم بل هو الروح الذي أخبر الله عنه في كتابه أنه يقوم يوم القيامة مع الملائكة وهو ملك عظيم«الروح في الكلام على أرواح الأموات والأحياء بالدلائل من الكتاب والسنة» 1/151
