Tafsir of Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:34
﴿وَمَا جَعَلْنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ الْخُلْدَ أَفَإِن مِّتَّ فَهُمُ الْخَالِدُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
And We did not grant to any man before you eternity [on earth]; so if you die - would they be eternal?

وهذا لا حجة فيه. لأنه قد تقدم الاستفهام في أول الجملة في الجملة الشرطية {وما جعلنا لبشر من قبلك الخلد} فلم يحتج إلى ذكره ثانية. بل ذكره يفسد الكلام.«مجموع الفتاوى» 14/422
