Tafsir of Surah An-Noor 24:29
﴿لَّيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ مَسْكُونَةٍ فِيهَا مَتَاعٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا تَكْتُمُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
There is no blame upon you for entering houses not inhabited in which there is convenience for you. And Allāh knows what you reveal and what you conceal.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
وهذا الدخول الذي رفع عنه الجناح هو الدخول بلا إذن«زاد المعاد في هدي خير العباد» 5/713ثم رفع عنهم الجناح في دخول البيوت غير المسكونة لأخذ متاعهم، فدل ذلك على جواز الدخول إلى بيت غيره وأرضه غير المسكونة، لأخذ حقه من الماء والكلأ،«زاد المعاد في هدي خير العباد» 5/713
