Tafsir of Surah Al-Furqaan 25:59
﴿الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ الرَّحْمَٰنُ فَاسْأَلْ بِهِ خَبِيرًا﴾
Translation of the meaning
He who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days and then established Himself above the Throne - the Most Merciful, so ask about Him one well informed [i.e., the Prophet (ﷺ)].

فاستوى على عرشه باسم الرحمن، لأن العرش محيط بالمخلوقات قد وسعها، والرحمة محيطة بالخلق واسعة لهم«مدارج السالكين بين منازل إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين» 1/57فاستوى على أوسع المخلوقات بأوسع الصفات، فلذلك وسعت رحمته كل شيء«مدارج السالكين بين منازل إياك نعبد وإياك نستعين» 1/57
