Tafsir of Surah Saad 38:39
﴿هَٰذَا عَطَاؤُنَا فَامْنُنْ أَوْ أَمْسِكْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ﴾

[We said], "This is Our gift, so grant or withhold without account."
