Tafsir of Surah Al-Ghaafir 40:45

﴿فَوَقَاهُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا وَحَاقَ بِآلِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ﴾

So Allāh protected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment -
