Tafsir of Surah Muhammad 47:22

﴿فَهَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ أَن تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوا أَرْحَامَكُمْ﴾

So would you perhaps, if you turned away, cause corruption on earth and sever your [ties of] relationship?
