Tafsir of Surah Al-An'aam 6:133
﴿وَرَبُّكَ الْغَنِيُّ ذُو الرَّحْمَةِ إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفْ مِن بَعْدِكُم مَّا يَشَاءُ كَمَا أَنشَأَكُم مِّن ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
And your Lord is the Free of need, the possessor of mercy. If He wills, He can do away with you and give succession after you to whomever He wills, just as He produced you from the descendants of another people.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
فهذا قياس جلي، يقول سبحانه: إن شئت أذهبتكم واستخلفت غيركم كما أذهبت من قبلكم واستخلفتكم فذكر أركان القياس الأربعة: علة الحكم، وهي عموم مشيئته وكمالها، والحكم، وهو إذهابه بهم وإتيانه بغيرهم، والأصل، وهو من كان من قبل، والفرع، وهم المخاطبون.«إعلام الموقعين عن رب العالمين» 1/107
