Tafsir of Surah Al-Ma'aarij 70:40

﴿فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ﴾

So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
