Tafsir of Surah Al-Mutaffifin 83:18
﴿كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتَابَ الْأَبْرَارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّينَ﴾

No! Indeed, the record of the righteous is in ʿilliyyūn.
