Tafsir of Surah At-Tawba 9:112
﴿التَّائِبُونَ الْعَابِدُونَ الْحَامِدُونَ السَّائِحُونَ الرَّاكِعُونَ السَّاجِدُونَ الْآمِرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّاهُونَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَالْحَافِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ اللَّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
[Such believers are] the repentant, the worshippers, the praisers [of Allāh], the travelers [for His cause], those who bow and prostrate [in prayer], those who enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and those who observe the limits [set by] Allāh. And give good tidings to the believers.

فحفظ الفرج مثل قوله: {والحافظون لحدود الله} وحفظها هو صرفها عما لا يحل.«مجموع الفتاوى» 15/382Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
وأحسن ما يقال فيها أن الصفات إذا ذكرت في مقام التعداد فتارة يتوسط بينها حرف العطف لتغايرها في نفسها وللإيذان بأن المراد ذكر كل صفة بمفردها وتارة لا يتوسطها العاطف لاتحاد موصوفها وتلازمها في نفسها وللإيذان بأنها في تلازمها كالصفة الواحدة«بدائع الفوائد» 3/52
