Tafsir of Surah Al-Baqara 2:111
﴿وَقَالُوا لَن يَدْخُلَ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مَن كَانَ هُودًا أَوْ نَصَارَىٰ تِلْكَ أَمَانِيُّهُمْ قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
And they say, "None will enter Paradise except one who is a Jew or a Christian." That is [merely] their wishful thinking. Say, "Produce your proof, if you should be truthful."

كقوله تعالى: {تلك أمانيهم} قد اشتركوا فيها كلهم فلا يخص بالذم الأميون منهم وليس لكونهم أميين مدخل في الذم بهذه ولا لنفي العلم بالكتاب مدخل في الذم بهذه؛ بل الذم بهذه مما يعلم أنها باطل أعظم من ذم من لا يعلم أنها باطل؛«مجموع الفتاوى» 17/442
