Tafsir of Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:2
﴿مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِم مُّحْدَثٍ إِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
No mention [i.e., revelation] comes to them anew from their Lord except that they listen to it while they are at play

وأما الكلام المعين " كالقرآن " فليس بمخلوق لا في ذاته ولا خارجا عن ذاته؛ بل تكلم بمشيئته وقدرته وهو حادث في ذاته. وهل يقال: أحدثه في ذاته؟ على قولين: أصحهما أنه يقال ذلك كما قال تعالى: {ما يأتيهم من ذكر من ربهم محدث}«مجموع الفتاوى» 6/328
