Tafsir of Surah Saad 38:36
﴿فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ﴾

So We subjected to him the wind blowing by his command, gently, wherever he directed,
