Tafsir of Surah An-Nisaa 4:65
﴿فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا﴾
Translation of the meaning
But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muḥammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
ثم لم يقتصر سبحانه على ذلك حتى ضم إليه قوله تعالى {ويسلموا تسليما} فذكر الفعل مؤكدا بمصدره القائم مقام ذكره مرتين. وهو التسليم والخضوع له والإنقياد لما حكم به طوعا ورضا، وتسليما لا قهرا ومصابرة«الرسالة التبوكية = زاد المهاجر إلى ربه» 1/26بل تسليم عبد مطيع لمولاه وسيده الذي هو أحب شئ إليه«الرسالة التبوكية = زاد المهاجر إلى ربه» 1/26
