Tafsir of Surah Qaaf 50:18
﴿مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ﴾
Translation of the meaning
He [i.e., man] utters no word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].
