Tafsir of Surah Al-An'aam 6:99
﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ نَبَاتَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهُ خَضِرًا نُّخْرِجُ مِنْهُ حَبًّا مُّتَرَاكِبًا وَمِنَ النَّخْلِ مِن طَلْعِهَا قِنْوَانٌ دَانِيَةٌ وَجَنَّاتٍ مِّنْ أَعْنَابٍ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُشْتَبِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ انظُرُوا إِلَىٰ ثَمَرِهِ إِذَا أَثْمَرَ وَيَنْعِهِ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكُمْ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
And it is He who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. We produce from it greenery from which We produce grains arranged in layers. And from the palm trees - of its emerging fruit are clusters hanging low. And [We produce] gardens of grapevines and olives and pomegranates, similar yet varied. Look at [each of] its fruit when it yields and [at] its ripening. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
وأن عدى ب: "إلى" فمعناه المعاينة بالأبصار كقوله {انظروا إلى ثمره إذا أثمر}«حادي الأرواح إلى بلاد الأفراح» 1/296فأمر سبحانه بالنظر اليه وقت خروجه وإثماره ووقت نضجه وإدراكه يقال اينعت الثمار إذا نضجت وطابت لان في خروجه من بين الحطب والورق آية باهرة وقدرة بالغة«مفتاح دار السعادة ومنشور ولاية العلم والإرادة» 1/206What he quoted from others
