Tafsir of Surah Al-Baqara 2:29
﴿هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ﴾
Translation of the meaning
It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.

كاللام في قوله تعالى {هو الذي خلق لكم ما في الأرض جميعا} وقوله: {وسخر لكم ما في السماوات وما في الأرض جميعا منه} وقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام {أنت ومالك لأبيك} وأمثال ذلك مما جاءت به اللام للإباحة.«مجموع الفتاوى» 25/77
