Tafsir of Surah Az-Zumar 39:69
﴿وَأَشْرَقَتِ الْأَرْضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ وَجِيءَ بِالنَّبِيِّينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُم بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, and the record [of deeds] will be placed, and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them in truth, and they will not be wronged.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
فهذا إشراقها يوم القيامة بنوره تعالى إذا جاء لفصل القضاء.«اجتماع الجيوش الإسلامية» 2/45فالقضاء في كتاب الله نوعان كوني قدري كقوله: {فلما قضينا عليه الموت} وقوله: {وقضي بينهم بالحق} وشرعي ديني كقوله: {وقضى ربك ألا تعبدوا إلا إياه} أي أمر وشرع ولو كان قضاء كونيا لما عبد غير الله«شفاء العليل في مسائل القضاء والقدر والحكمة والتعليل» 1/280
