Tafsir of Surah An-Nisaa 4:10
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ الْيَتَامَىٰ ظُلْمًا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِي بُطُونِهِمْ نَارًا وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيرًا﴾
Translation of the meaning
Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze [i.e., Hellfire].

فإن النصوص - مثل قوله. {إن الذين يأكلون أموال اليتامى ظلما} لم يشترط فيها الكفر؛ بل هي في حق المتدين بالإسلام.«مجموع الفتاوى» 12/481Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
