Tafsir of Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:42
﴿قُلْ مَن يَكْلَؤُكُم بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ مِنَ الرَّحْمَٰنِ بَلْ هُمْ عَن ذِكْرِ رَبِّهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ﴾
Translation of the meaning
Say, "Who can protect you at night or by day from the Most Merciful?" But they are, from the remembrance of their Lord, turning away.

أي بدلا عن الرحمن. هذا أصح القولين«مجموع الفتاوى» 27/441Imam Ibn al-Qayyim
وسواء كان المعنى من يكلؤكم ويحفظكم منه إذا أراد بكم سوءا«طريق الهجرتين وباب السعادتين» 1/315ويكون يكلؤكم مضمنا معنى يجيركم وينجيكم من بأسه، أو كانت "من" البدلية أى من يكلؤكم بدل الرحمن [سبحانه] أى هو الذى يكلؤكم وحده لا كاليء لكم غيره،«طريق الهجرتين وباب السعادتين» 1/315
